Contest Prep Update - 3 Weeks Out from 2024 Master’s Nationals

I weighed 248 pounds last night. My fasted weight today was 243.
I am 50 years old, 6’1“, and 3/4 tall, for those who care.
My weight stabilized this week. Justin and I experimented with an unlimited high day today to hammer as many carbs as I could possibly eat in one day. I don’t know where I ended up, but it was around 2,000 grams. My total calories were around 10,000. :O
The results were interesting. Post-high day, I jumped up 11 lbs and was a watery mess. Two days later, I was + 7 lbs and looked great. Three days post-high day, I was absolutely shredded. See the last picture above. That was my best look for the week, and I flattened out from there.
I added in 25mg of Winstrol this week and maxed out the AI to get hard.
My diet was perfect this week.
This picture was taken two days after the high day. I looked full here, but there was a little bit of water.
This one was 3 days after my high. I think my best look. I was hard here, maybe a tad flat.
And this last pic is today, after my low day in the crappy check-in light. I am flat as a pancake.

- 1 low day: 2,996 cal, 360g of protein, 200g of carbs, 84g of added fat
- 1 high day: 10,000 cal, 300g of protein, 2,000g of carbs 0g of added fat (roughly 2,000 cal cheat meal)
Cardio = 10,000 steps per day
